Job Description

Motive Interactive is looking for an intelligent, articulate, and energetic Media Planner to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in the selling process by working closely with the media buyers and sales team to formulate and deliver world class client proposals. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an online advertising industry leader and contribute to our tremendous growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop online media plans and creative strategy/concepts for client accounts
• Prepare media plans and presentations for the Motive sales team
• Understand and actively seek online media solutions to assist clients in achieving specific goals and objectives
• Participate in media review meetings providing insight into weekly online media results
• Work closely with Media Buying team to organize creative specifications for media placements
• Maintain knowledge of major ad serving platforms
• Keep current on online media trends and provide training as needed

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of online media planning experience in an interactive agency or a similar network environment
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with 3rd Party Ad-serving platforms
• Working knowledge of online research tools such as Nielsen, @Plan, AdRelevance and Comscore preferred
• Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
