Job Description:
Motive Interactive is looking for a Media Buyer who will play an integral role within our display advertising network. This position will be responsible for delivering online media buys to support network customer acquisition and transaction goals at allowable costs. The professional we seek must be proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on bottom-line results. This role requires strong negotiating skills with a strategic and analytical approach to monitoring and improving ROI for all network advertisers. The successful candidate will continuously identify and evaluate new opportunities for network growth. This will be accomplished by successfully interfacing with internal resources (sales, account management and technical groups) to evaluate, strategize, and optimize campaigns. The media buyer will steward and coordinate campaigns through all phases of launch and maintenance, including negotiations of the media buy and contract review.
Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate and execute new media opportunities and sustainable, scalable partnerships.
Develop market strategy and positioning to grow our inventory and publisher relationships within the interactive marketplace.
Coordinate with sales, traffic and planning divisions to build publisher pipelines and improve campaign delivery and performance.
Manage all aspects of partner relationship including rate negotiations, new opportunities, campaign placements, contract negotiations, etc.
Share insight to market opportunities, direction, obstacles, suggested goals, etc. (internally and externally)
