Job Description:
Account Managers are responsible for ensuring successful execution and delivery of their Advertisers' objectives. The Account Manager is responsible for building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with internal resources (Account executives, Network Manager, Accounting, Senior Management), and the Advertiser. Account Managers are resourceful in leveraging their client service experiences, negotiation skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills to ensure successful campaign execution. Account managers draw upon a variety of internal resources and tools to ensure advertiser success and are the Advertisers' expert and advocate when interacting with Motive.
Responsibilities:
Overall accountability for a book of Advertiser Campaigns.
Responsible for managing the growth and quality of Advertiser Campaigns
Able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels including internal senior management, staff and external strategic business contacts.
Own the advertisers' objectives and have an intimate knowledge of their goals, business model, products, and key business drivers.
Daily Responsibilities include:
Daily Account Management.
Program Monitoring, Tracking and Reporting.
Creative Asset / Link Facilitation and Management.
Competitive Intelligence, Monitoring and Reporting.
Monthly Accounting / Invoicing Preparation.
New Advertiser Launches.
Qualified candidates will have:
Undergraduate degree.
1-2 years of Account Management experience (Online preferred) or relevant experience.
Solid communication, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
Internet experience. Affiliate program management a plus.
Solid spreadsheet capabilities.
High competency level in MS Office products including Excel and Power Point.
